Champagne Mailly Grand Cru 2016 is one of the great prestige cuvées produced by the Bérèche & Fils house, one of the most appreciated artisanal estates of the Champagne.
The winery, founded in 1847, is known for a precise style that respects the terroir. This champagne is born in the Grand Cru village of Mailly, located in the Montagne de Reims, one of the most highly regarded areas for the production of Pinot Noir of great structure and elegance.
The grapes come from vineyards located on chalky soils that give the wine freshness and minerality. The 2016 vintage gave rise to elegant and very balanced champagnes.
The wine is aged on the lees to develop greater aromatic complexity. The result is a refined, precise and very expressive champagne.
