General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the vinoly.it website and purchases made through it, operated by Nexia S.r.l., VAT no. 10204250962.
1. Definitions
- "Seller": Nexia S.r.l., owner of the Vinoly brand
- "Customer": any natural person of legal age who makes purchases on the website
- "Products": the wines and cases of wine available on the website
2. Age Requirements
The purchase of alcoholic beverages is reserved exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are of legal age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.
3. Orders and Prices
The prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
The order is deemed confirmed upon receipt of payment. The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email with a summary of the purchase.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
All payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
5. Shipping
Shipments are made throughout Italy via couriers specialised in wine transport. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
The Customer can track the status of their shipment in the Your Shipments section of their account.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us by email at info@vinoly.it. For further details, please consult our Returns and Refunds page.
7. Warranties
All wines sold are authentic and stored in optimal conditions. The Seller guarantees the quality of the products at the time of shipment. Any defects due to transport must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or from incorrect information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Nexia S.r.l. or of the respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, unless otherwise provided by law for the protection of the consumer.
