Insight
Get to know the wine
The Champagne Les Hauts Meuniers 2014 is one of the most representative cuvées of the small and prestigious Emmanuel Brochet house, located in the village of Villers-aux-Nœuds in the Montagne de Reims.
The estate's production is extremely limited and follows an artisanal philosophy that prioritises quality and respect for the terroir.
This cuvée is produced mainly from Pinot Meunier, a variety often underrated yet capable of expressing great finesse and aromatic complexity.
The 2014 vintage gave rise to elegant, balanced and highly expressive champagnes. The wine is aged at length on the lees to develop aromatic depth and a creamy structure.
Vinification is conducted with great precision to preserve the purity of the fruit. The result is a refined, mineral and highly distinctive champagne.
