Laurent Perrier Millesime 1999
Laurent-Perrier declares a vintage only rarely — only when nature offers a harvest in perfect harmony with the spirit of the Maison. 1999 is one of those vintages. A Champagne with 25 years of evolution in the cellars — in the Magnum, the longevity is even more remarkable. At full expressive maturity: to be drunk now.

Insight
Get to know the wine
The Laurent-Perrier Vintage 1999 is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the best crus of Champagne. Vinified in steel with full malolactic. Ageing on the lees for over 7-8 years.
The Magnum format has allowed further slow evolution. 1999 in Champagne was a warm and generous year. With 25 years of evolution, this Magnum is at full expressive maturity: tertiary notes of roasting, dried fruit and spices.
Sommelier's note
“"Brilliant golden with a perlage still present. Mature notes of toasted almond, dried fruit, candied citrus, brioche and honey. On the palate broad, creamy and generous with an acidity that still supports the whole. A Champagne at full expressive maturity — to be drunk now with ample aeration."”
