Rosso granato luminoso con riflessi aranciati all'unghia, trasparente e cangiante come vuole il Nebbiolo di Castiglione Falletto. Consistenza importante nel calice, che anticipa la struttura e la classe di questo storico cru.
PROFUMO
Ventaglio ampio e complesso: rosa appassita, amarena e piccoli frutti rossi, su un fondo di catrame, liquirizia, tabacco e spezie dolci. Note terrose e balsamiche di grande profondita', con la finezza e l'eleganza tipiche del Villero.
GUSTO
