Vinoly is a marketplace with a handful of wineries and wine shops chosen one by one. We don't ask you to become an online shop: we upload the wines ourselves, with photos and product pages consistent across the site, and sell them under the Vinoly name to our customers.
You take care of one thing: telling us how many bottles you have and packing the parcel when an order arrives. Payments, couriers, support and paperwork stay with us.

We write the product pages, in the same style for every winery: customers recognise Vinoly and trust it, and your bottle is presented at its best.
Photos and pages made by us
We photograph the bottles and write the pages: grape, vintage, provenance, tasting notes. One hand for the whole catalogue, so every wine gets the same quality of presentation.
A showcase that tells who you are
Your page on Vinoly with story, territory and your wines. Customers know who they buy from and can search you by name.
Secure payments, prompt payouts
The customer pays Vinoly. You receive your payout through Stripe as soon as the customer confirms delivery, with a statement for every order. Terms are agreed in writing before we start.
Courier and packaging
The courier collects from you on Vinoly's behalf, with insured shipping. No courier contracts, no labels to print on your own.
Customer support
Questions, returns, damaged bottles: we talk to the customer. We involve you only when the answer can come only from the winery.
Clear statements and invoicing
A statement for every order and a periodic summary: you always know what you sold, what you earn and when.
What you do
Three things, none of which needs a computer on all day
Your job is making wine. On Vinoly we only ask you to keep quantities up to date and to pack parcels within the days you declare.

Tell us how many bottles you have
For each wine you tell us the bottles you want to sell. When they change, you tell us: from your account you update quantities in a minute.

Pack the parcel
When an order arrives you get a notice. You pack the bottles with our packaging within the agreed days and the courier comes to collect.
- 03
Answer when needed
Sometimes a customer asks for a detail only you know, or wants to make an offer on a rare bottle. We write to you and you answer when you can.

Tell us who you are
Fill in the application below with your company details, who the contact is and which wines you would like to propose.

We read and get in touch
We reply within one business day. If your proposal fits the selection, we set up a call or a visit.

We agree the terms
Prices, payout, preparation times, what happens with returns: all in writing, no imposed exclusivity.

We upload the wines and go
We photograph and write the pages, you confirm quantities. From then on you get a notice for every order in your seller account.

Manage your own stock
From your area you will update quantities, vintages and formats of your wines, with stock history and low-stock alerts.
Propose new wines
You will propose new labels directly from the seller area: we prepare the page, you approve it.
Sales statistics
Which wines sell most, in which regions, in which periods: the data of your catalogue, updated daily.
