The Salon Blanc de Blancs 2004 Magnum comes from the 'Jardin de Salon' and 19 other parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. First must only. Manual remuage.
Ageing up to 10 years on the lees. Dosage ~5 g/l. 2004 in Champagne was a year of great finesse and cutting acidity. In the Magnum it evolves at an even slower pace — extraordinary ageing potential.
