About Us
Our story
Domaine des Comtes Lafon is one of the most celebrated domaines in Burgundy, located in Meursault. Under the guidance of Dominique Lafon, the domaine has achieved excellence in both whites and reds, with fully biodynamic viticulture since 1998.
The parcels include the most prestigious Premier Crus of Meursault – Perrières, Charmes, Genevrières and Goutte d'Or – as well as vineyards in Volnay (Santenots and Champans). Lafon's Meursault Perrières is considered among the greatest white wines in the world.
Dominique Lafon also owns a domaine in the Mâconnais (Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon), where he produces excellent whites at more accessible prices.
