Our story
Domaine Henri Boillot is one of the most respected domaines of the Côte de Beaune, located in Meursault. Henri Boillot produces extraordinary whites in Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, as well as elegant reds from Volnay and Beaune.
The portfolio is impressive: parcels in the most celebrated Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites, including Bâtard-Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet Clos de la Mouchère (monopole) and Volnay Fremiets. Every wine is vinified with extreme precision.
Henri Boillot is known for his perfectionist approach in the cellar, with careful vinifications that enhance the terroir without masking it. His Puligny-Montrachet wines are among the finest of the denomination.
