About Us
Our story
Domaine Méo-Camuzet is one of the most prestigious domaines in Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The Méo-Camuzet family owns parcels in Burgundy's most coveted Grand Cru sites: Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot, Corton and Échézeaux.
Jean-Nicolas Méo, who has led the domaine since the 1990s, was a pupil of Henri Jayer, the legendary vigneron regarded as the greatest producer of Pinot Noir in history. Jayer's influence is evident in the style: rich, concentrated yet elegant wines, with masterful use of the barrique.
Each wine expresses the specific character of its terroir, from the power of Richebourg to the finesse of Cros Parantoux (the cru made famous by Jayer himself).
