Ștefan Vodă is the geographical indication of south-eastern Moldova, between the Nistru river and the Ukrainian border, a few kilometres from the Black Sea. It is the warmest area of the country and the one of the most structured reds, from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Saperavi and Rara Neagră.
